I bought this belt to hold the 9 gels I wanted to take for running a marathon (7 to eat, two spares in case I dropped some). I was worried that it wouldnt hold enough stuff, and that once loade, it would bounce about and annoy me. But a) its very comfortable b) it didnt bounce, and c) held all my gels and more. If you want to hold gels, this is a very useful bit of kit (I was using Torq gels, not High 5 ones)

Yes, I recommend this product.

Pros: Good value, Comfortable, Lightweight

I borrowed one in spring for my first marathon but just got my own- Holds Hi5 gels well most other brands wont fit in belt Nice mesh pocket with more secure smaller inner pocket for key or bank note. I am small so no problem with fit. Only quibble would be you couldnt leave jelly beans loose in mesh pocket on wet day. Maybe a non mesh pocket would be too sweaty

Extremely handy Gel belt

Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight

I've wanted something like this for months. Trying to get better times and ride harder I've been experimenting with gels/energy bars/chews. Some of my cycling jerseys are fine as they have pockets at the back, others don't, so I struggled with fast access to them. Carrying gels in my Camelbak always meant stops to get at them. Then I saw this.

On the recent Harewood Ride It! event, it was priceless. I was able to load it up with gels and grab them whenever I wanted. Fast, easy access and secure. 35 miles or so across rough terrain and smooth and the belt just worked as it should.

Would not go without it now!
