Customer reviews for Michelin Pro4 Endurance 700C Folding Clincher Tyre

Michelin Pro4 Endurance 700C Folding Clincher Tyre

For the Pro4 Service Course, Michelin have used their brand new dual compound rubber, a totally novel combination of two different rubber compounds in the same tyre. In the centre of the tread, the rubber is more rigid for less straight line wear. On the sides, the rubber is softer and gives greater grip when cornering (15% more compared to Michelin's Krylion tyres). For a tyre with high performance that last, make sure it is a Michelin Pro4 Endurance tyre.

Highly recommended - great winter tire!

PostedMarch 25, 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, bullet proof
I needed a good winter tire for training, so did some research and dropped plenty of hints before Christmas, hoping to get one under the tree! My hints worked, as I got what I wanted! I put this tire on the rear wheel (with a Schwalbe on the front) and set off on some training rides in some of the wettest conditions I have ever seen, and the tire wasn't phased at all - no slips or uncertainty whatsoever! I felt completely safe and secure on the bike at all times - and no punctures either! If you need a good, grippy, safe and tough winter tire - this is it!

Bomb proof

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Comfortable
Cons: Expensive
Put a set of these on to do the 2013 Paris Roubaix Challenge. Attached to a carbon Felt Z3 and I didn't puncture all day despite running at the lower end of the pressure range and my weight being 85kg. 53km of rutted cobbled farm track on a road bike is more punishment than any tyre should have to deal with but these were excellent and they roll well on the road. Was going to change back to my original tyres after the event but have left these on and have been really pleased with them. Still no punctures....
