Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality
Cons: Heavy, Unattractive
These are absolutely brilliant and do exactly what they say: 'help the cyclist new to clipless pedals venture into the realms of cleats!'
The platform around the clipping mechanism make them easy to use for a newbie, as you can cary on pedalling until your foot eventually clips itself in. Yes, there is some float and yes, they are VERY easy to get out of, however you will not come off unless you want to come off! I can't recommend them enough!

great for commuting

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality
Good pedals, feet stay clipped in when you are pedaling, and unclip almost effortlessly when you need to. My first foray into clipless pedals and I'm very impressed. Also usable for short rides to the shops/into town without cleated shoes. Am using with Shimano click'R shoes, but they will work with any SPD shoe.

Easy clip in. Well-made

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: ease of use
Got these for the missus. Have been encouraging her to convert to clipless, but she's been reluctant, and afraid.... very afraid.
So got her these and she was in and out... and in... of them in a jiffy!
She's wondering why she's been afraid all these while... unaware of the lighter spring, though.
So, for noobs who want to start on clipless, I think these pedals are the way to go!

Fantastic Easy To Use Cleats

Posted20 March 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight
I now have same cleats on both bikes, these are easy to use multi directional release with a normal pedal so your foot is supported. Didn't realise how much my feet used to move around on the pedals on my hybrid now have so much more power. Also as a standard pedal can wear ordinary trainers if popping into town.

1st pair of clips

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, easy to fit
having looked at getting clip-less pedals for the first time i plumped for these after reading several reviews which mention how easy they were to clip in and out of due to the lighter weight spring.
boy were they right.
have been using them now for about 3 weeks and they are great and have had no issues unclipping my feet or my foot coming out when i didn't want it too when riding .
very easy to fit and come supplied with the cleats to attach to your shoes.
you can also use these without clips for quick trips so you don't need to put your cycling shoes on just for a trip to the local shop for example.
