Pinnacle Ash 20 Inch Kids Bike

Quality butted aluminium frames keep the weight low, The small-block style BMX tyres for mixed-terrain riding. The bikes all use twin chain-plates to avoid derailled chains and parents with greasy-hands. Rear-only gears keep it simpler for learning the basics. Rigid forks are lighter than often-ineffective suspension and let us create a better geometry for children the BB is as low as possible and theres less weight on the hands and a more confident steering feel. Brake levers are scaled right down and matched to midi-v brakes for a powerful brake action.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Lightweight, Good value, Comfortable, Good quality, stable & confidence building
Cons: colour choice was an issue
bought for my 5 year old who has progressed quickly through balance bike, 14" & 16" wheel ridgeback bikes.
Low Weight, quality build & componentry made this the right choice on paper.
My boys aged 5, 8 & 9 all prefer the Ash to "their" choice of BMX bikes for the daily school run.
There are lots of heavy, over complex, poorly made children's bikes in the market place based upon style over substance, practicality or quality.
If like me me you want your children to enjoy their cycling and make it part of their lifestyles into adolescence & beyond, the pinnacle is a good place to plant a foot along the journey.
The only thing I would like to see at this point in the range, is a hub geared child's bike.
