Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight, Looks great
I bought this saddle based on positive reviews in magazines and by other cyclists. I had been using a BG Toupe Plus for more than a year and have been happy with the way the Toupe supports my sit bones and have been comfortable on long rides. Naturally, I thought the Toupe Pro would be the right upgrade as it will be the same saddle but lighter with carbon rails et al. I have only been on them for two 60 mile rides and, unfortunately, it has been rather uncomfortable to say the least after the 30 - 40 mile mark. In fact, towards the end of the 60 mile, it feels as if my conjugals have been ripped to shreds! I will try adjusting the saddle a bit more and give it a bit more time to break in seeing that I spent some decent money on it but if it doesn't get any better after 2 or 3 more long rides, I will have to revert back to the Toupe Plus or find something else.
