Comfortable well built starter

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Looks great, well specced
I have ridden mountain bikes for years but was signe dup for the London to Brighton ride and didn't fancy doing that on an MTB so I sought a road bike for sensible money. I am a bit of a geek when it comes to researching things like this so I narrowed it down to this Cannondale or the Specialized Secteur. By chance I managed to blag a ride on the Cannondale from a friend and couldn't beleive the diffence it made to my riding. I am 6'1" and the 58 cm frame fits well with enough room to shuffle the seat and bars to get comfy. That took a few rides, some sore knees and a bit of tweaking but it now fits like a glove and is so comfortable except on the really bad roads near my home but you would need a big-foot to not feel those pot holes. The Shimano Sora groupset is very slick. The gears went out of synch in the first few rides but are quite simple to re-index and the saddle is reasonably comfy. With some SPDs and after getting used to wearing lycra, I am set for the LtB challenge and have done a couple of 30 mile runs as I prepare. I would highly recommend the Synapse for anyone getting into road cycling and you will be delighted at how accommodating the ride position is compared to some of the bum-in-the-air models out there. .

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great
I had a cannondale quick hybrid and people told me. I needed a road bike so I chose the synapse 7 and I could not believe the difference it has made to my performance, it's just a pleasure to ride and I can't wait to get out and about cruising on this superb lightweight, value for money, sleek machine. For a novice cyclist like me this bike certainly ticks all the boxes.

An excellent first bike

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight
This was the first road bike I bought and I have so far found it to be a great bike. The bike is a pleasure to use and, although there are bikes with higher specification equipment, I find for a beginner cyclist such as myself the components on this bike are more than good enough.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great
I am new to the world of biking and signed up for a 90mile corporate event so I needed a pretty solid bike to train and compete with. A keen biking fan colleague of mine suggested the above (amoungst others) and I decided to go with it. I was unsure of the accessories I needed but this was explained to me in store as well as a vital measuring session to ensure I had the right size frame (I am 5ft 9" and went with 54" frame as 56" was just a little too big, 54" is perfect). I went for a few lights, saddle bags and a computer which was all fitted in store for free and explained to me how it works.
From a newbies point I think its fantastic, I am unsure of exact weight but can easily carry up and down stairs even with the addition of a sturdy lock. For bikes in the same range the value of money is excellent as its ticks every box in my opinion. Each piece of the bike is built for purpose from the innovative gears and effective brakes to the well oiled and effective gear system. As a newbie it did take me a while to get used to the gears (but I am talking one good riding session and then your away) and I was a bit sore from the saddle until I clocked some good mileage and number of rides.
The build quality is class and you get a great feeling that its well made and built for speed. This coupled with the fact it looks brilliant (as long as white is your kind of thing!) means I cannot recommend this bike enough.

Excellent bike

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great
Bought this bike earlier this week from the Milton Keynes Evans branch. This is my first road bike as I mainly ride mountain, but am doing the Ride of Champions next year for charity so was a bit apprehensive about what bike would be right for me, what style, what frame size, what make etc.
So after a LOT! of research and asking my biking mates I went into the branch and spent a while discussing with the really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I eventually went for the Synapse 7 and staff then spent a while sizing the right frame size as the guide stated at 5’10” that I would need a 56” frame but found the reach a little too far I went for the 54" frame and it is perfect.
Took it out for the first proper ride today and despite the weather it was awesome.
The bike accelerates really well and feels really stable when putting the power down.
Took on some easy climbs and managed them in a higher gear than I thought would be needed so a lot steeper ‘Box Hill’ challenge awaits!, It offers a great riding position which is very comfortable on long rides which is ideal.
The bike also looks great as well as being a great ride. Comfortably quick, feels just right and great to tuck into on downhill runs.
I cannot recommend this bike highly enough and at the price it is difficult to see any serious competition. I would recommend to anyone who wants a fast nimble ride that is not too harsh and not very hard on the wallet.
Overall I am very impressed!
