Better then previous iMagic/Fortius version

PostedApril 10, 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: extends lifetime of older vr trainer
Cons: Expensive
Was forced into upgrading to this when my Windows XP laptop died and was replaced by a 64bit Windows 8.1 machine. I already owned the iMagic trainer and steering frame which came with the old Fortius software. That software was terrible; full of bugs and very unreliable. I had previously made the mistake of paying to upgrade to Tacx Trainer Software and found that the software was still extremely buggy, so it was with considerable nervousness that I bought the iFlow PC upgrade which comes with the latest basic version of the software. So far I have been mostly pleasantly surprised by the improved software quality, but I do think for the amount of money you are paying you should get the advanced features without having to shell out even more money. I have now reluctantly paid for the upgrade to the advanced version of the software; early indications are that if you use the virtual cycling feature the increased functionality is worth having.

Makes turbo training more interactive

PostedFebruary 23, 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality
Easy to set up, although going through 3 successive software upgrades (you can't just jump to the most recent one) is a bit tedious.
But once it's running, it works well, and gives a bit more to look at/think about when you're on the turbo.
One thing - make sure your PC is pretty fast before you buy. I'm struggling a bit on an old PC with loading times for the application.
