Great for those who want non-permanent mudguards

Posted06 November 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight, not as unsightly as fitted ones
These can be fitted in ten minutes once you get used to them. I don't like mudguards on a road bike, they really spoil the look but sometimes you must have them. To keep yourself clean and dry and to protect your expensive bike.
If you get fitted ones then they are basically on permanent, do a great job and look awful. These offer 85-90% of the same protection (they cover slightly less of the wheel) but if the sun comes out all of a sudden you can whip them off and go riding and vice versa if it downpours overnight etc. Recommended.

Not very goof

No, I do not recommend this product.
Cons: Poor quality, Heavy
Not overly hard to fit, but getting the perfect fit so no rub is impossible.
Might fit some frames better then others.
In the bin for me though.
Quite heavy also

Easy, reliable, no fuss mudguards

Posted13 July 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight
Installed on my new Trek 1.2. Installation was straight forward. So far after 2 weeks of daily commuting, the guards have held together rock-solid stable without coming out of adjustment at all. It's winter here at the moment (Australia), so the grounds are usually wet from the frost and the guards have kept me nice and dry. Just wish I'd got the black ones instead of the silver, but oh well.
Would recommend to anybody looking for mudguards for their road bike, especially those without eyelets.
