Awesome shoes

PostedJuly 29, 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great
Great pair of shoes, supper comfortable straight out of the box. Soles are supper grippy as we have come to expect from five tens. Bought these as summer light weight trail shoes and they are living up to expectations. Fully recommended.

Excellent alternative to SPD shoes

PostedSeptember 17, 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Looks great
I have never been able to get on with SPD shoes. So after trying a variety of different shoes, on a friends recommendation bought a pair of these. He had actually advised I buy the velcro front hi tops, but after trying boa and velcro shoes of other brands I was put off and settled for lace ups. Easily the best MTB shoes I have tried! They are comfortable, relatively stiff bottomed (I have had shoes with better power transfer), wide bottomed for excellent grip (if like me you prefer flat pedals) and unlike many shoes you can wear them for casual wear if you want to.
Verdict: A great all rounder if you do not get on with SPDs

Extremely good fitting

PostedJune 17, 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Comfortable, Looks great
I've been very happy with these shoes. They fit very nicely even though I have wide/big feet.
I'm so happy with the shoes that I have used them almost every day.
Grip on these shoes is just as good as I hoped it to be.

Solid Flat pedal shoe with lots of grip

PostedJuly 12, 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Comfortable, Looks great
Great looking and comfortable shoe with excellent grip from the Five Ten stealth sole. The shoes are quite wide (like a pair of skating shoes) so they should fit a wide range of feet.
Highly recommended

delivers expected value like a good five ten

PostedJuly 1, 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Looks great
looks greats, works even better. had a pair of fiveten basic before this. Gave expected level of grip on pedals, no less compared to previous pair. (although I've read that the compound used on freeriders are harder, and some had felt a slight difference)
the basic needed super glue quite often, no less contributed by the humidity and the hot weather in asia. dont think freeriders would require this due the the extra stitching and reengineering of the sole area.
also more confidence due to the extra protection on heel and toe area.
once you go five ten, you'll never go back. seriously.
