Comfortable, lightweight pads

Posted13 April 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons: Unattractive
Pads stay in position and are comfortable with the stocking type construction. For cool weather these are great, but I'm not so sure once the weather warms up.
The soft pads wrap around the shin well but will only protect you for minor knocks. If this is all you need, then I would definitely recommend these pads.

Good light weight pads for wearing under clothes.

Posted31 August 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight
As far as fit goes: I got the mediums and they fit well except for being a bit short. I'm 6'3" with long legs and weight 80kg. When sitting, it is 60 cm from the top of my knee to the ground (I have long shins). The diameter of my quads, 10 cm back from my knee cap is 44cm. They could be tighter around the calves.
The pads are light weight and are ideal for wearing under trousers/jeans. I've not crash tested then but they give enough padding to drop on your knees from standing without it hurting. They stay in place well. Having the lycra sleeve, they should sleep under your trousers rather than your skin rubbing under trousers so should prevent some abrasions.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight
if you want lightweight protection knee these are ideal ,take a while to bend to your leg shape but once this happens they fit well ,the only slight draw back is the silicone grips tend to need pullling up after a hill climbing session.

Seems a little under protected.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Expensive
The foam is kind of alright, could be thicker. They do feel comfortable and won't look out of place beneath trousers. Not sure about tights though.
When tried on for the first time they rode down my legs quickly. I sent them back and got the newer version with velcro straps to keep them up the leg.
Mediocre.
