I've worn these a few times now - competed in an Olympic triathlon in them and found the padding ample for the bike leg, dried out quickly after the swim, and didn't notice it during the run, so top marks there.
Have also worn them for a couple of longer sessions on the bike - start to notice the reduced padding but only after the 2 hour mark. Think this may also be due to my own conditioning though, so can't really fault them there!
