Good quality & comfortable shoe

Posted03 November 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable
Cons: Unattractive
(+) Good quality, good value, comfortable.
(+) Text prior to delivery with opportunity to reschedule + 2 hour delivery window.
(-) Style - looks like a football shoe.
(-) With SPDs doesn't engage easily with pedals - needs a spacer or some of the rubber either side of the cleat trimming away.

Comfortable but doesn't work with all pedals

Posted06 September 2012
No, I do not recommend this product.
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: doesn't work with all pedals
Most comfortable of all the shoes I tried that cost around £100. I have quite wide feet and bought the 45 I'm a 9.5 in Asics trainers. The major problem is it doesn't work with all my pedals the ridge around the cleat is quite close to the cleat itself and the recess is quite deep, this is good for walking but not for engaging with pedal. Ok with my Richey pedals but not my Shimano M520's.

Very good (racing) shoes also suitable for hike

Posted16 July 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Lightweight, Looks great
Cons: Expensive
The shoes are sized according to EU sizing, I would guess 1/2 - 1 size smaller than Sidi. My foot is 278mm long and 44 size fits a hair too tight, but acceptable (44 1/2 would be optimal, but not available). The fit is a bit wider the Sidi. The shoes are comfortable, I appreciate highly placed ventilation holes, so the mud doesn't get in easily, on the other hand the ventilation is not on par with mesh type shoes. I would prefer a bit softer rubber sole, however the hiking is still quite comfortable (much better compared to Sidi Spider). Overall workmanship is on the high end side with minimum of seams. Buckle is compatible with Diadora type. The sole feels stiff enough even for longer rides (80 - 100 km).
