Basic rear d/r - does the job.

PostedOctober 11, 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value
I bought this to replace the tired rusting lump on the back of my aged hybrid, the bike having old fashioned dropouts and 7 speed trigger shifters. It fitted straight on and adjusted in about 2 minutes, ready for some more miles. It's not as posh or well made as a Deore, but at this price you get what you get.

OK once the mounting Bracket swapped over

PostedJune 11, 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight
Cons: had to swap mounting bracket
This was ridiculously cheap considering the quality, but the small steel lug to attach to the bike didn't match the frame. Sawed up the old smashed unit to find out how to remove the original bracket, undid one small circlip and reassembled with the spring tension reset.
Works perfectly but do check the bracket when ordering to ensure it is the same as yours, unless you have the mech skills to swap the parts over.

Surprisingly good quality considering the price

PostedMarch 31, 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality
I only fitted this a couple of weeks ago, but its a vast improvement on the battered old derailleur I had on before (it's a second hand bike). Easy to fit and setup, really can't complain.

Very good for the price

PostedMarch 28, 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality
For a cheap derailleur, it's very smooth, and tight/precise. Other cheap units I've used sit in different positions on the way up or down - not this one!

Good quality and great in store service

PostedJuly 20, 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality
Existing derailleur broke so went to local store for a replacement as I was unsure when looking on-line what would be best. Guy in store checked what I needed (luckily the cheapest one) and although there was none in stock he said it could be ordered for free home delivery in about a week. item received 8 days later, relatively simple to fit and set up and gear changing is better than previously fitted.

Superb replacement for original derailleur

PostedDecember 7, 2012
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality
Bought this derailleur on Evans advice as a compatable replacement for a damaged beyond repair original fitted to Cycle. Easy to fit, following instruction took about 1 hour and that included the final fine adjustments. Gears now change very smoothly excellent buy for under £15
