Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great, not a brompton
I have had my X20 for 6 weeks now and all I can say is wow. I spent a good 6 months deciding on which folding bike I would go for and thankfully I decided to go for the top end of the market. I dont really have a bad word to say for this bike. It is light, easily folds and is fast fast fast. I have two carbon road bikes and my X20 is only slightly slower. It looks great and feels like a dream to ride. Is very firm and you have great control. A little shaking on fast down hills and standing isnt really a great option. I agree that it is well over priced however but when you look at the spec you understand why. It does not fold as tightly as a Brompton and does not stand up well on its own once folded, so really needs to be leaned up against a wall. The plastic gromits on the locks are a slight disappointment, however the actual locking device is second to none and very strong. 20 gears is ample and its great that it has conventional gearing rather than its own custom making changing parts and adjustments easy.
Basically, apart from the fact this bike costs an arm, leg and at least half your teeth as well, it is an amazing piece of engineering and I love it. I actually look forward to commuting to get on it and ride. If you can afford it I recommend you go that further mile to save up, you wont be disappointed.
PS: I looks great too.
