Best rollers

PostedNovember 2, 2011
Yes, I recommend this product.
Have been using these rollers now a few times. These rollers are outstanding to any other rollers I have been on in the past. Yes these are very expensive but in the end you get what you pay for.
Changing gear, speed or standing up is much smoother than on fixed roller. The rubber band flexing is really doing it's job here and smoothens out any quick change or movments from the bike.
Also the small wheels on the sides does a good job. Having now hit them a few times with front wheel it has actually saved me from falling or going of the rollers.
Only bad thing is that you can't fold them away it's a bulky piece of equipment to store away.

Top of the range rollers

PostedOctober 11, 2011
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Comfortable, Looks great, worth the money
Cons: Heavy, Expensive
This may be expensive - but Evans Cycles, very quickly, reduced the advertised price for me when I informed them that there was a sale at another cycle company. So I managed to get it at a lower price. Now, in term of use, this roller is exceptional. You can stand and pedal - something that I could not do on my Tacx Antares. Lastly it is a must for not only when there is snow around - but also when you feel slightly lazy to go out, but when you just some work out before a shower. More importantly, if you master cycling on a roller - then your confidence on handling the roads and riding closely in a group exponentially increases

Great bit of kit

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Looks great
Cons: Expensive
Having read some excellent reviews and watched the U-Tube clips, I took the expensive plunge, and I was more than pleased with the product! The first minute or two on it felt like riding on ice, but it took just 8 mins before I was riding smoothly.- and ive never tried rollers before. Provides an excellent work out as you use all your muscles you would on the road, resulting in a fast calorie burn! You need to set the rollers up in a corridor or near a wall you can lean against in the first few days.

E-Motion

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Looks great, smooth, easy to ride
Cons: Expensive
Without a doubt the best rollers I have ever used, nothing comes close except the road. Maybe not the cheapest option around but compared to what my bike cost it is not too bad.
The thing is if you get junk you won't enjoy it and won't use them, so I say if you can afford it get these, if you can't afford them then wait until you can.
You get a good work out, your brain has something to do not like on a wind trainer where the boredom drives you mad and it also teaches you to ride smooth instead of bouncing around wasting energy you need for your legs.
If you don't think you can ride rollers then get some golf clubs, let's face it if you can't rise to the challenge you will never be a winner on a bike anyway.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Looks great
Cons: Expensive
Easy and clean setup! Good quality but a bit expensive. Still learn to ride at standup position. No need to set to high resistance, 0 is ok and adjust it by shifting your gear. Also a bit space occupy and heavy that standard roller that can be folded. Overall, it is worthwhile to get one as u can affordable.
