Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value
This book gives the rationale behind its claims and explains clearly how the reduced volume, increased intensity approach to training can work if time is at a premium. Chris Carmichael adds enough references to published studies to back his claims. The information on nutrition was useful too - I was undereating on carbs.
The book is well written, but warrants a second read as it's quite dense in parts.
I've read the book and have begun the program; it seems manageable so far.
