Top Form & Top Flipping Function!

Posted20 August 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: bombproof bottle opener
Cons: rubbish at corks!
Beautifully balanced form, function & efficiency, as you'd come to expect from Park..
An essential addition to any keen cyclists' toolbox - the BO-1(2) feels balanced in the hand & provides effortless access to those equally essential fluids & 'simple carbs'..
My only criticism (losing it a star): this example didn't arrive as advertised - instead of the 'straight' sided model photographed, mine has a tapered head & whilst this doesn't affect function, sat in my tool tray, it sorta interferes with my cone wrenches!

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great
apart from ordering the 1st edition of this opener and getting the 2nd edition, it is the best bottle opener ever. you can do trick with it and it opens bottles with ease. no more sticking it in a moving wheel or using the peddle.. just crack out the beers and one clean movement the top is off

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Looks great
Does exactly what it's supposed to with style - perfect for a bike nerd like me! And Evans had it a few quid cheaper than anywhere else - bargain.

Does what it's supposed to

A Park tool that opens beer bottles & looks cool. What more can one want or say? If you drink beer & ride a bike (though not at the same time of course!) this is the thing for you.

For the most demanding conditions

Posted03 October 2010
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Looks great
On the packaging there is the tool description, and it begins this way: "Built to perform under the most demanding conditions". You have to consider it if you intend to partecipate to a bottle opening contest.
By the way I've received the BO-2, not the BO-1 that is the one in the Evans description/picture (at the time of this comment). It has a different shape but anyway it's tough, rugged, cool and it opens bottles too.
