Does exactly what's required

Posted02 August 2015
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, easy to fit
Brought this to help solve fitting a pannier rack to my MTB that didn't have frame mounts for a rack. Wasn't sure to use this or frame clamps. This is 100% better and does a perfect job.

Only has 1 eyelet!

No, I do not recommend this product.
Why would I want a rack mount that can only fit 1 rack arm?? I want the security of being able to attach 2 arms.

Useful and well designed

Posted27 May 2014
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value
Cons: none
The seat clamp is a simple solution to the problem of low attachment points for bike racks - mounting bars even in the extended version are ofen just too short.

Solid, no complaints!

Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Looks great
Seems solid and reliable. Used this to attach my Tubus Logo to my bike. The frame has an irregular shape so this seat clamp mount really came to the rescue.

Does what it says

Posted07 September 2011
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality
Got this to fix a new carrier to recently purchased small Pinnacle Lithium women's specific bike as angle of carrier too wierd without it.
Still a bit low, so padded it and instead of replacing seat clamp kept the original one on and fixed this higher up the post to try to make room for a (very tiny) spares under saddle bag.
So, problem solved.
