It's a hose clip!!!

Posted25 March 2013
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good quality, Lightweight, it comes in black
Cons: Expensive, hose clip does not swivel like the old one did.
Price was to expensive for the product it doesn't have a multiple type of attachment and the hose clip doesn't swivel to give better angles for hose.
The old type did all these but that one isn't made any more probably.
All in all it's a hose clip & it does what it does. This can be bought much cheaper on other websites which is what I should of done

Camelbak tube trap clip

Posted08 October 2011
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight
This tube trap clip has now been out on several rides since purchase and I am very impressed. It's light, easy to attatch to my Camelbak mule and holds the tube very securely. A great little piece of kit that makes taking on fluids mid ride a piece of cake.

Must have for any camelbak

Posted28 September 2010
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Lightweight, works well
This little gadget fits onto the webbing straps on my camelbak and allows you to secure the free end of the tube in place. Up until then, as I leant forward on the bike esp on tricky downhill bits, the tube and mouthpiece dangled and hit my knee, getting in the way. It also secures it when you take the camelbak off and put it on the ground, stopping some of those 'oh great, I've just lowered my mouthpiece into a pile of horse manure' moments.
One question, why didn't this come as standard on my camelbak...

On the small side, problem on larger straps. Essential for hydropack. Good quality.

Nifty attachment

Posted10 December 2009
Yes, I recommend this product.
Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable, Lightweight
Simple but essential attachment to keep your hydration pack hose from flapping around. Slots in the buckle allow you to fix it onto your rucksack webbing without having to remove any existing clips in order to thread it on from the end. Mine's located on my rucksack chest strap so the mouthpiece is within easy reach without bouncing off my face all the time. Grips the hose securely but easy to unclip when you need a sip.

Useful additional clip for hydration tube

Posted10 December 2009
Yes, I recommend this product.
Cons: slightly tight fitting, could be cheaper - £3 is a bit much
Bought this clip to go on my rucksack to stop the tube from swinging around when I cycle. The clip is quite small and can be a pain to fit if you have larger straps. I am sure there are very simple alternatives to this but for a few £ it saves me designing something that will probably end up spliting my tube!
